Product Description

The YALI EF02 laboratory furnace is a compact, high-temperature thermal processing unit designed for controlled laboratory environments, R&D facilities, and quality-assurance testing.

The unit features 99-segment programmable power control, allowing users to define precise heating and cooling profiles for repeatable experimental conditions. It supports a continuous operating temperature of up to 850 °C, with short-duration operation up to 900 °C, suitable for a wide range of laboratory heat-treatment applications.

Uniform and rapid heating is achieved through dual-side resistance heating coils, providing consistent temperature distribution throughout the chamber. Top and bottom vent ports are integrated to enable controlled gas exchange and removal of process vapours, supporting safer and more stable operation during high-temperature cycles.

The furnace incorporates a heavy-duty double-layer enclosure with an active cooling fan, significantly reducing external surface temperatures and improving operator safety in laboratory settings. Thermal efficiency is maximised through high-performance alumina fibre ceramic insulation, which surrounds the chamber to minimise heat loss and reduce power consumption.

Temperature control is handled via a PID-based automatic control system, utilising SCR (silicon-controlled rectifier) phase-angle current regulation. This ensures stable power delivery, precise temperature control, and excellent repeatability across extended test cycles.
